Overview

I’m excited about the opportunity to collaborate with you on this intimate Round Top dinner and have outlined a proposal for photography coverage on Saturday, March 21.

Looking forward to working together to create imagery that extends the experience to audiences around the world, and to bringing the spirit of the event to life in a lasting way.

Shoot Date: Saturday, March 21, 2026 | 4 to 8pm

Scope of Work

  • Event photography capturing an intimate outdoor press and VIP dinner in Round Top

  • Coverage includes pre-event details, tablescape and design moments, guest interactions, and overall atmosphere

  • 30 final edited images

  • Files delivered within 7 days of shoot date via digital gallery

Image Usage Rights

Non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license for digital usage, including:

  • Client-owned websites and social media platforms

  • Email newsletters and promotional materials

  • Third-party social and editorial publications (including Farrow & Ball and Homes & Gardens)

  • Client-owned printed materials and press assets

  • Excludes paid media and advertising usage

Credit

Photographer credit requested where applicable, including social media tags when imagery is shared: @k_k_d_w / Kelly DeWitt

Fees & Breakdown

Creative Fee: $2,000

Usage Fee: $1,000

Travel, Lodging, Transportation: waived

Total $3,000

Next Steps:
Once approved, I’ll provide a short agreement. I typically require a 50% deposit at booking, 50% final due upon delivery of final assets.

If any adjustments are needed to the scope or timeline, I’m happy to accommodate where possible.
